new home is the first important step. You need to consider the floor plan you have in mind and your family needs and lifestyle.

to schools, shopping, and freeway access. 2. Investigate property tax base in the area, and area growth. The growth of
a given area will determine how fast the taxes might go up over time. 3. Resale is often a consideration. It is usually
best if you build in an area that has a good history of resale. 4. A community setting will generally have sewer, water,
and sometimes side walks. 5. If a rural setting is more your style you will need to consider the cost of a well water
