| 2. All Building & Any Needed Sanitary Permits Must Be Obtained |
| 3. Topsoil Should Be Stripped & Stockpiled (Some Subdivisions Have Already Removed the Top Soil) |
| 4. Excavation Begins & the Basement Is Dug (This Is When You Should Get Excited) |
| 5. Masonry Work Begins by Pouring the Footings for Your Foundation, After Your Footings Are Set, the Walls Will Start to Go up |
| 6. After the Mason Has Completed His Work, the Excavator Will Come Back & Back Fill the Foundation |
| 7. Lumber Will Be Delivered & the Carpenters Go to Work Framing Your House, Putting up Roof Trusses, Installing Windows |
| 8. After Rough Carpentry Is Completed, the Roofing Shingles & Gutters Will Be Installed |
| 9. Plumber, Heating Contractor & Electrician Will Run Rough Wiring, Heat Ducts & Plumbing in All Walls |
| 10. Walls Will Be Insulated & Vapor Barrier Installed |
| 11. Drywall Will Be Hung, Taped, Finished & Sprayed |
| 12. Hardwood Flooring & Tile Work Begins |
