5. Masonry Work Begins by Pouring the Footings for Your Foundation, After Your Footings Are Set, the Walls Will Start to Go up |
6. After the Mason Has Completed His Work, the Excavator Will Come Back & Back Fill the Foundation |
7. Lumber Will Be Delivered & the Carpenters Go to Work Framing Your House, Putting up Roof Trusses, Installing Windows |
8. After Rough Carpentry Is Completed, the Roofing Shingles & Gutters Will Be Installed |
9. Plumber, Heating Contractor & Electrician Will Run Rough Wiring, Heat Ducts & Plumbing in All Walls |
10. Walls Will Be Insulated & Vapor Barrier Installed |
11. Drywall Will Be Hung, Taped, Finished & Sprayed |
12. Hardwood Flooring & Tile Work Begins |
13. Finish Carpenter Will Start Installing Interior Doors, Millwork, Cabinets & Installing All Hardware |
14. Plumber Returns to Finish Plumbing, Install Fixtures, Etc. |
